We believe Halland to be the best location for a wave pool project in the nordics.
Halland is a major Swedish holiday destination with a destination strategy focused on Coastal Culture.
Placed between Copenhagen / Malmö in the south and Gothenburg / Oslo in the north, Halland has aprox 3.000.000 annual overnight stays and great accessibility with both railway and freeway running like a double artery in a north-south direction.

There are no palm trees here – yet we wish to create a unique form of experience destination with a wave pool as the central feature. The destination is to welcome the best surfers, beginners and non-surfers creating an authentic community rather than a once-a-year-thing. An integrated recreation and leisure destination with a boutique hotel, restaurant, café, co-working offices as health and wellness facilities.
